Shipping Information

We process and ship orders the same day if your order was placed before 12:00PM EST. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.* Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays).

 

U.S. Shipping Methods, Times, & Tracking

Cha Cha Matcha is happy to offer free ground shipping on all orders over $49. For orders under $49, we charge a flat rate of $5. We ship from our facility in Brooklyn, NY using UPS or DHL. Orders are picked up by UPS or DHL, but final delivery is made by USPS. Shipping carrier is determined at the time of shipping based on end destination to ensure your item arrives as soon and safe as possible. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options, but are investigating a solution.

Shipping times vary between carriers and your distance from our warehouse. After processing, orders take between 4-7 business days to deliver to the final address.

After your order has shipped, tracking information is sent out in a shipping confirmation email and the order is tracked by UPS or DHL. You can also access your tracking information by signing into your account.

 

International Shipping Methods, Times, & Tracking

Cha Cha Matcha ships internationally via DHL Express International Expedited. We charge at cost for international shipments. Tracking information will be made available via email or by signing into your account. Shipping can generally take between 10-21 business days depending on the country.

Returns

We guarantee the quality of all of Cha Cha Matcha products. When you order from us, you should expect the highest quality products and service. If you have any problems with your product and order, please let us know within 30 days of the receipt of your order. We currently do not accept returns, but are willing to issue refunds based on the circumstances of the issue. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe are unfounded or fraudulent.
